I am subscribed yearly subscription for deccan herald, from last 10-12 days my paper not receiving. Paper boy has told that my paper is not coming to his account and going some where else. In this connection I have complained several times to deccan herald office but every thing vain. No body taking interest to rectify the fault and restore my daily news paper.
