Sir, i have booked your newspaper one year subscription on 06.07.2016 through your company executive mr. Muthu. He assured our agency will promptly deliver as per the date. Ie, from15/07/2016 to14/07/2017. But unfortunately today also not received yet. When i tried mr. Muthu, he is not lifting the mobile. When i contacted mr. Basavaraj (Agent) he is questioning, whether you have got any mails or sms fromdeccan. I explained every thing details in your receipt/acknowledgement. But he is not satisfy with what we told. Sir, i want to share some bad experience happened two years ago with the hindu subscription. One mr. Ramachandran visit our house and offered one year subscription same as this. The agent not supply the newspaper promptly though out the year. When the subscription period end, agent directly approached us and compelled for times of india. The same agent promptly supplied newspaper till your executive mr. Muthu visits on 06.07.16. Moreover for continuing the subcription we handover rs.350 or 400 to the delivery boy. The next day he also left the job from the agent. Ultimately we have lost the money. After muthu assurance only we stopped the times, before hand over cheque to him, we informed our bad experienced what happened in hindu. As my opinion agencies are not interested in any subscription.
