Deepak — IMPS timed out

My name is Deepak gupta (ac no.[protected] and i processed an amount of 11450 via IMPS which went timed out and did not reach the beneficiary but the amount has been deducted from my account and i called the bank but did not recieve any proper information..kindly help me

I also feel cheated by them. They don't have any property of their own. I have booked a hotel for Shimla through them which they have further booked on GOIBIB and it was not even a 3 star property. In their presentation they have promised for 4-5 star properties. I want to take a legal action against them.
