Dejavutrends — Terrible company

I have purchased DCP1511 printer from Dejavutrends with Order #[protected] on 25 Feb 2014. I have called and mailed several times to the customer support. I get to hear backlog story every time though my product is still in stock. I dont understand what this company is upto with substandard expectations to the customers. This is the first time I come across such a company online. Can I get any help how to get this product to be shipped or refunded ?
