I am resident of Shree awas apartment sector-18B dwarka dda flats, in our society there is water pipe broke months ago near flat 673. The water leakage is increasing day by day . Please fix the issue as it is causing numerous problems to the people living near by....

Authorised person with respect I want to inform you that some elegal person are making construction on the dda land in kishan colony parladpur bangar in North West district of delhi. These people are constructing on dda land near kali mata mandir just on the main road side of colony. Location is on main choda road nearby shiv chok. This construction is happening with the help of some dda persons and police is also involved in the construction....

Nangal Dewat Road leading to Vasant Kunj Marg (Abdul Gaffar Khan Marg) needs repairs as there are many potholes along the road.

The road is not under the purview of CPWD and is required to be repaired by DDA....

There is a resident in our society Rohini Heights Dda Hig Flats, sector-29 Rohini, who resides in B-807, he has illegally constructed and covered an enormous area around the common area of lift space. He has received multiple notices from mcd and police officials also came but still he hasn't removed anything. He dumps garbage, debris and construction materials which has now become a breeding ground for dengue and malaria...

I am a resident of C-2/C Pocket-2 Janak puri, New delhi-110058.
We have park location above Metro station- Dabri morh- Janak puri south.
This park was earlier been maintained by Metro authorities(Well maintained) and from the last 5-6 months its been handed over to the DDA and since then it as been in a BIG MESS. there is no maintenance only one person is looking after and he too is not been seen on a daily...

This is regarding commercial use of DDA park in Dwarka sector 8 D block. Where the said park is used for parking and repairing of commercial vehicles as well as storage of building materials.

Gate has been removed for entry of these vehicles to this park and none of the residents can go into the park due to the commercial vehicles parking there.

We hope for a solution on this from your end at the earliest and...

I have deposited INR 2 lacs for DDA scheme 2019 for the LIG flat. However, I have submitted the cancellation form at least 1 year back with the acknowledgment number Application No.71341however I am not getting any response from the authority on my money. Everyday I do followup and but not getting any payment yet. This is just mental torture to get your own money. please help me to arrange the same asap....

The water which we are getting through supply from motor is very dirty with smell from it. We have complained many times but there is no response. So please sort it out....

Team, its been more than a year when our road was completely destroyed to instal sewer pipes but till now no one came for reconstruction of road. (photo attached)

I would like to bring to your kind notice that the snack bar at RSKP, Pitampura, New Delhi is being run without any tender for the last 2 years resulting in loss to DDA. The person offering the services is an ex employee of last caterer and has procured the snackbar through back end. The services offered are very poor and the person running the snack bar is often found intoxicated. We are a group of people who have been members of this complex...

A land on the opposite side of pandav kaleen shiv mandir madipur village-110063 which was alloted to dda by supreme court is under threat

a person named - lalit yadav has acquired that land and has started building boundary walls around that land
he has also rented down some of that land to kabbadi and he in near future will going to build house or shops on that land and will earn money from a property which is not...

This is to bring to your notice that Flat No.72 C, Shivam Enclave just above us are tampering with the flat. They have removed many walls even beam to extend the size of room. I fear about the safety of the building. I expect eariy and prompt action from your side....
