Street lights along road number 221 and those of slip road between Shakti CGHS and Apoorva CGHS of sector 5, Dwarka, New Delhi 110075 have not been working for more than last one week rendering these roads into darkness. Needful requested for restoration of these street lights to working order....

The flat is in locked condition and no bill for water supply has so far been raised.
