Hey Rajeev, even I have faced a similar problem and I was also not able out to figure out a way to get my money back, then a friend of mine told me about YourKamaan.com. They are an active online complaint forum. I went to their website and registered my complaint with them. Within 20 days I got my money back from DDA with an apology letter from DDA. I will recommend you to go to their website and register your complaint.
