Delhi Development Authority [DDA] — Regarding rohini plots sanctions against 1981

Sir i was alloted plot agains the 81 scheme against which i have deposited 15 lac in advance .but now they are saying i have to give affidavit that i have not any plots in delhi.but how it is possible that i have not purchased any plots in 35 years.after one year i went to the office for refund, now they are saying 10% will be deducted from the total amount .
sir thats unfair please do something about it
