Delhi Development Authority (DDA) — Registration money not refunded for surrendered flat from Housing Scheme 2014

I'm a successful applicant of DDA Housing Scheme 2014. My applicant no. is 3043020, i've applied for cancellation of flat allotment in january 2015 but till date i've not got my registration money refund. I've visited the office many time and always get a reply that in a week the money will be deposited in my account. please do the needful to get it resolved. Thanks,
