Delhi Development Authority (DDA) — Rohini sector 34 flat surrendered in march 15, refund not issued by dda

I am a lucky winner of DDA LIG flat under DDA Housing scheme of 2014. But due to some personal and financial problem I could not afford to buy the flat. Thus on 15/04/2015 I have surrendered my flat at DDA Office (Vikas Sadan, INA Market, New Delhi). But till date I have not received my registration money. please return my registration money for Rs 95, 000 (1, 00, 000 - 5000 as cancellation charge).
