Delhi Development Authority (DDA) — Very poor construction quality by dda in dwarka sector 13B dda flats

I am living in a dda flat of Dwarka Sector 13 pocket B. these flats are only around 13-14 years old but the condition of flats is very poor. we are staying at the top floor. and all the roofs are full of cracks.. and the facades of windows and balcony is in worst condition. they already started falling here and there.. they could be fall on someone that could be fatal. so i request you to kindly repair the flats as soon as possible before some mishappening takes place..
