This is a complaint regarding excessive wrong billing of our domestic water bill K No. [protected]. We received our bill dated 12th July 2021 on 13th July 2021, which shows the following details:
PMR date 08-May-21, status 1625/ok
CMR date 12-Jul-21, status 1815 /ok
Consumption (KL) = 190
Total payment due = Rs 11, 616/-

We want to state that our current billed amount is wrongly calculated for 2 months,...

We are receiving sewage water from MCD in west patel nagar district, block 34 since a month. There is no water to drink as the water is smelly, yellow colored and mixed with sewage. Please look into the matter asap....

Nangloi extension 3 behind scooter market, all roads blocked or water logged please clear water logging as no body come out since morning to do basic work it's emrgency, reason behind all sever blocked please clear or open severs

Dear Team,

My Connection No. is K No.[protected], My consumption is on lower side where as I got a bill dated 15.07.2021 showing consumption of 68 KL and Bill of Rs.2207.91, I protest that consumption shown is incorrect and is on higher side.

Request your help to get this rectified.

Since Last 2 week we are facing the darty smell water coming in our building. we are also completed in your customers care DJB office which is situated in Punjabi Bagh. But still not resolved the same

This is inform that during the installation of IGL gas pipe line in pandav nagar Delhi area, water line of near my house (S 196/D, Pandav Nagar, Delhi 92) is leaked and a large amount of drinking water is flowing/wastage since last 15 days.

Daily 4 labour are attending this but no results. Water is still wasted since last 15 days.

I have complaint of above water wastage to Delhi Jal Board Complaint WhatsApp No....

My meter reading (KNO number: [protected]) show status continuously as STP since OCT 2020. Post April 10 2021 we are not even residing in our Flat however the latest bill that we need to pay shows Rs. 2140.
