While on 14th April 2020 bill showing 195 reading that is wrong

bill status incorrect/wrong

I received the message that i need to make a payment of rs 4602 (Previous bill amount including) for my water bill. I downloaded the bill and found that incorrect meter status is updated in the bill. My k no is [protected].

replacement metre

With reference of above said subject, i am ankitbarthwal, r/o h-230jaivihar banicamp airforce, new delhi 110043requesting you to change my water meter connection, as my previous meter connection is not working. heavy bill against the k no. 5150517988

Really don't know why so much heavy bill is being charged against k. No. [protected], whereas only two members are living. I am really very disappointed with such unnecessarily bill from delhi jal board, however, upto 20 kl water is free on monthly based, being such type of subsidy this doesn't make sense the heavy bill is charged.
