Our Area Line man not taken water meter reading that's why bill generated wrongly.

My current reading as on 28th April 2020 is 190

While on 14th April 2020 bill showing 195 reading that is wrong

We come into rebate section our bill should be zero.

There is govt sarvodaya kanya vidyalaya near me, there is 4 plastic water tank on roof of school in which 1 black plastic water tank broken by some monkeys, so many liters of water wastage regularly since 2 month, and sometimes overflow of tank also is there...

Really don't know why so much heavy bill is being charged against k. No. [protected], whereas only two members are living. I am really very disappointed with such unnecessarily bill from delhi jal board, however, upto 20 kl water is free on monthly based, being such type of subsidy this doesn't make sense the heavy bill is charged.
