Its very shocking that your department release bill alert SMS's at MIDNIGHT.Is it sensible to disturb the sleep of any person including old & sick.Such SMS's shall be delivered before 10 PM.Apply it on yourself & justify it.Its not the first time that I am complaining.But being Govt.job you are safe either do the work or not. Water is leaking from the DJB pipeline near the wall of girls school Kalkaji the wall of which is parallel to Nehru Place TWO email has been sent on [protected]@gmail.com but no action has been taken yet.
