Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a consumer of DJB HAVING New KNO: [protected] registered on the Name: SH.VIKAS KMR./BEENA BANSAL having Address: 212 WEST GURU ANGAD NGR.LUXMI NAGAR, Delhi which is being hampered by your officers. There is no scope for talking to YOUR Representative to tell our grievance as they don't have time to meet us. OR May be it is not a profitable venture for them.
I just want you to please listen to my complaint as you are sending a water bills of no reading (AVERAGE OR LUMB-SHUMB BILL) just for the sake of their rest as your officers don't want to work. I am complaining against this 2nd time. If you will check your record last time i had sent the same complaint to you.
I have registered my contact number which is [protected] but there is message from your side.
So, i would like to tell you that i will not pay this bill until you will not provide me any solution(a new bill and some action).
HOPE THAT YOU WILL BRING ME SOME SOLUTION.
