Delhi Jal Board — Bills issued without consumption

I have paid Bill upto unit 2365, the figure which was taken by you while sitting in the office. The actual reading as on date is 2362. Moreover, my consumption is within the permissible limit of free water of 20 KLM per month. Hence the bill issued issued for Rs.449 is unwarranted. Please arrange physical reading and cancel the bill as there is no consumption of water beyond the specified free limit.
