Delhi Jal Board — Blockage in sewerage line

We, the residents of C-584, 585, 586, 587, Avantika Rohini-1 are facing a lot of difficulties due to blockage in sewerage line. The workers of DJB deny to clear it saying that it is a private work according to them. If DJB charges water and Sewerage charges from the people then how can the workers of DJB deny to clear the sewerage line. it is our request to instruct the staff to clear the sewerage line at the earliest.
