Delhi Jal Board — Complaint regarding iIlegal connections of the residents in Chandni Chowk

I Subhash Gogia resident of Cheera Khana Chandni Chowk location. I have seen that my locality member Mr.Sanjay Sharma and Arvind Sharma enjoying four illegal water connections without paying any amount to DJB. Also they dont have water meter as well. Moreover they tried to charge bribe as well from others also for having different water connections. Many people of this area are not appreciated this kind of behaviour. They show as if they are DON and have more power than anyone else. So would request you to please investigate this issue very seriously after getting the digging of the road else cut their water line so that others can also get proper water at their home.
