Delhi Jal Board — correction for unnecessary charges on water bill no.[protected]

Respected Sir, I received the first water bill KNO: [protected] Bill no:[protected]. On 15/10/14 of Rs.17584 which included unnecessary charges although I had paid Rs. 3000 on 22/08/14 against the water bill no.[protected]. I am using corporation water for the drinking purpose only, and I have submersible connection also for rest o[censored]sed.
