Dear Sir,
I wish to inform you that earlier I have paid the bill of Rs.621.10 against bill dt. 22.03.13, showing an excess amount of Rs.259.71 (scan copy of payment receipt attached). After that I was shocked to receive the bill of Rs.59, 726/- dt. 29.05.15 (scan copy of bill attached), which I have not paid. In this bill you will notice that for the period 02.05.14 to 21.07.14 they have shown consumption of 710 units & claiming Rs.35, 863/-, which is not correct.
After this bill I have received new bill of Rs.63, 619/- dt. 24.07.15 including arrears & late payment charges.Now this is my humble request you remove this late payment & other any additional charges including Rs.35, 863/- which I have mentioned above so that I can pay this bill.
Your immediate action in this regard will be highly appreciated & hope to receive favorable response on the above.
