Delhi Jal Board — Excessive water bill amount

I am a resident of sandesh vihar, pitam pura, delhi 110034. My KNO number for delhi jal board water billing is [protected] My previous bill which i received 7 months back for a duration of 2 months was Rs. 1245 I have received a bill yesterday of a duration of 7 months with tomorrow as the last date for bill payment. the bill is of Rs. 9533 after adjustment: Rs 9207 which is calculated on the highest slab of rate because of the time period between. It means that we are paying around Rs 5000 extra! It is not fair that you send us the bill after so long and because of your problem or inability to send the bill we have to pay a bill costing us so much.
