Delhi Jal Board — Fast meter result excess billing

From the month of Sept 2014, we are facing the excess billing problem, Now our bill reached above 25000, and 2nd thing is we are mnthly paying 5k from may 2015, but the bill is not reduced.the arrear added to the bill is very high.and currently bill is also very high.
