Fraudulent billing system.
There was no bill generated by legal/regular means against this k no.
Since august 2015. Suddenly one day a bill was issued for the period aug 15
‐ aug 16, for 95 units of consumption. Along with penalty for every month
Added cumulatively.
The meter reader says, "you did not opened the gate whenever i came for
Reading". Which is total lie.
Our residence is a building of 4 floors having a tenant living on the
Ground floor too. It is next to impossible that when some one rings the
Bell one of the five floor residents do open the gate.
I have never seen this meter reader in my entire stay here once. If the
Proper meter reading was taken every month the bill would had been
Between rs.1 ‐ rs.5 which is the bill amount received by others every month
Under the new scheme by the delhi govt.

Delhi Jall board bill is too high, consumer K No. [protected]. Delhi CM/Water ministry need to stream line the billing process ASAP. No change found in the billing process for last 02years. It is always high and beyond expectation .
