Delhi Jal Board — Inflated arrears and bills,no response to repeated complaints

K No.: [protected], last complain reference ID: [protected], previous grievances registered with No. :[protected] and sent to Delhi Jal Board, may17th and and June 17th. Arrears carried forward after promise to write off on payment of Rs 44, 900/- on10th May2013. Bills were regularly paid thereafter but arrears were continued to be carried forward . Bills not received for a long time and then suddenly a bill received with large amount of arrears and penalties . Meter has never been read! If arrears as of May 10, 2013 are written off as promised in bills and consumption thereafter is billed based on correct meter reading, I will pay such a bill with the right bill. I am a senior citizen woman and resent being harassed by DJB.
