Delhi Jal Board — K no [protected] un metered bill received

Respected Sir I am staying in Tilak nagar . I get one times water which is consumed. I have paid a water bill of Rs 1200/- & 1250/-last year 2013-14 . This and now a bill has come Rs, 2611. I stay in a alone in my house which is not metered. I want to know the reason what was the problem of having such high bill.
