- I had to get a bill from your good offices as no bill was received for 3 months
- There is a surcharge of 1827. 48 which has been charged due to the negligence on part of Water department
- There was a previous balance excess that was paid by us and not adjusted in the current bill
- I request you to update my bill on your site so I can pay my water bill asap
