Delhi Jal Board Najafgarh — FIle Number is provided by DJB but no Action and Verification taken to implement New Water Meter COnnection

Hi, We have applied for a new Water connection meter on 27 July 2015 and File Number 788 is given to us. Till Now No action is taken by DJB Najafgarh. When i complaint and filed a letter to DJB, Najafgarh and Tanki office Najafgarh, they sent back the letter to us saying that We didnt found your Address. If they Dont found my address, how they sent our letter back to our proper address. No one is listening to the queries. Please any action regarding this must be taken.
