Dear Sir, I have received the bill no.[protected] DTD.29.07.2015 in which the water meter reading is being shown as PLOC on 28 Jul. 2015 whereas actual reading in the above water meter on 28 July 2015 at 9 PM is 1675 consequently it has again resulted into a wrong water bill with aggravated amount for the correction due to the continuous negligence and carelessness of the water meter reader who goes to our colony to take the reading of my water meter. It is a very serious issue and needs immediate resolution at TOP MOST PRIORITY. Therefore, it is very humbly requested to look into this matter IMMEDIATELY AT TOP MOST PRIORITY and necessary steps should be taken to see that the correct and actual water meter reading is taken so that my water bill is prepared correctly based on the actual water meter reading in my water meter.
