Your circular no. f. no. 16 (595) vd/w/2016/213-222 dated 24.2.2016 regarding scheme for waiver of lpsc/accumulated arrears. i have got new meter installed on 16.6.2016. your saket office told me that waiver will be reflected in my next bill automatically and there is no need to give application, but nothing appeared in the bill generated on 17.7.2016. kindly look into the matter and waive off all the 100% arrears/lpsc for this particular connection and confirm the same.
