Delhi Jal Board — Water bill

Sir i have received my water bill of R.s. 3000/-. Erarlier i have paid 650/- previous month. my billing date is 3 of every month and this bill generated 3rd of july. its showing 3000/- rupee and today is 3rd of August. my previous water reading is 124 and now its 139 thats means i consumed 15k ltr. water and 20k water is free. please help me.
