Please find attached copy of our last complaint (No. 1470 Dated: 28/07/14) for which till date we haven't received any revert. According to last visit of your official Mr Saini to our premises, he advised our meter is working fine and we don't need to replace it, noted reading of 1341. We haven't received any water bill since 28/07/14. We received a bill for Rs.4, 800 on 17/07/15 on average basis which shows our meter is still stop however it is in working condition and current reading is 1486 recorded by the meter reader. We are concerned as to why your officials are forcing us to change the meter when they know its in working condition and why we haven't been receiving bill for so long on the basis of actual meter reading? This puts a lot on pressure on service class family to pay such huge amount at once. Please consider this issue on priority basis and rectify your records.
