[Resolved]  Delhi Jal Board — Wave of late payment charges

I have Water connection K.NO.[protected] ( In the name of Shri G.D. Rajpal) I am regularly depositing all water dues in time. I had received a Bill dated 10th May, 2014 whereby DJB has demanded Rs.2330/-, which was paybale on or before 27th May, 2014. The undersigned has requested, DJB to provide me complete details of said bil of Rs. 2330/-. The DJB has generated the complete details of bill & provided after 28th May, 2014. Accordingly I have deposited the all due amount of Rs. 2330/- on 31st May 201 through payment Receipt No. 30738. Thereafter DJB is regularly while generating new bill, always including late payment etc.. I am regularly approaching DJB Malviya Nagar Office, to wave of late payment charges, which does not due on my case. Please resolve the issue. There is no fault of late payment from my side. Since billing authority has generated the bill after due date. Please wave the late charges and provide bill only for current consumption only. The DJB has generated bill for June-2014 for Rs.291/- out of which only Rs.60/- was consumption charges and Rs.230.83 shown as Arrear. I had lodged complaint through DJB on 21st June, 2014 Complaint No.[protected]. This time Billing section of DJB has again created bill of Rs.544/- and again included arrears of Rs. 230.28/- which is does not pertains to me. I may be provided current bill for Rs. 314/- only for July 2014. Since last date is 21st August, 2014. The proper bill may be sent for payment.
