My Key No is [protected] in the name of Deepak Kumar Pant, 40Z, XYZ Quarters Chitra Gupta Pharganj New Delhi Road New Delhi-55.My water bill on average basis not on meter basis & meter status shon as stop but I have already given application on dated 18/10/2014 with diary no 2258 regarding replacement of meter in the name of ZRO central -II but till now no action has been taken kindly take necessary action & adjust my water bill on reading basis & change my water meter status from STP to OK
