Delhi Municipality — Bad road conditions and sewage blockage

I have 2 compliant to make here: 1. bad condition of roads 2. blocked/ no connectivity of sewerage through the main sewage line Both these problem are arising due to a rich and politically influential person residing in our locality. For some selfish reasons these people are not allowing both these things and becoming a pain for all neighbourhood.
