M/S Royal Value Card Pvt Ltd., New Delhi is selling package tour vouchers but it is doing fraud and cheating with policy holders in the name of IRDA. They are running parallel IRDA office and are contacting insurance policy holders informing them about bonus and other benefit amount lying unpaid against their name. They are asking to complete certain formalities in order to remove agent name from the policy so that the declared bonus reaches directly to policy holder. In the name of formalities, they are selling Royal Value Card with the assurance that once the bonus amount is issued these cards will be cancelled and the entire amount will be returned back to policy holder.
