Delhi Police — Misbehaviour by police officer n non helping nature

I parked my swift car 9751 in sunlight colony near police booth
It was parked on the road right side of the road n time was 7:30 pm
I was alone n when i came back aftr 15mins i found the air from my wheels was blown out
I was alone n then i approached the police personnel standing dere n they were very rude to me n they didint help me out

Wen u enquird they said that SHO mr omprakash has blown out the air
I called him n ask abt it
Instead of helping me he misbehaved wid me
I myself is a govt emoloyee
N i know mu complaint will be taken in to the consideration
Else i ill hv to take dis issue to the higher authority
I ill approach court if same is nt resolved with in d time limit
I ill attach the photograph also
