Delhi Police — Please track my iphone, this is a request rather than a complaint

Sir, my iphone was stolen in delhi near karol bagh metro st. so I request you to please track it, I have also registered an FIR in karol bagh police st. The incident took place in July but recently I recieved some information about the phone through a authenticated mobile tracking website . The phone is being used with a SIM card of NT(Nepal telecom) mobile and that the mobile is active in Nepal . I have heard about police being successful in finding the phone from anywhere and returning it to its rightful owner.
