Delhi Police — Unauthorized people staying

I resident in Kahmir house Qtr, Behind Kashmir house army head quarter, I would like to inform you that There is some illegal person staying in Govt Garage in our locality This garage is allot for C.P.W.D employer only but they staying without such permission and also they are saying we have support of Smt, Shila Dixit (CM of Delhi). And they use abuse words against people.Sir we are helpless so i would like to request you that please take some strict action against Mr. Vijay Sharma he is staying illigaly n Kashmir house, qtr Raja Ji Marg, New Delhi-110021
