Delhi Traffic Police — No online payment link on the site as claimed and given in the tutorial

I got a challan from traffic police by post for driving against the flow.

I tried to pay the challan online, as the delhi police traffic challan (e-challan) can be paid online.

But, the option which should appear along with amount is not available.
That is "paynow" option is missing

Urprised even more, when suggestion and complaint options on the website were showing "page is under maintenance…"

I want to know if the online payment of e challan will be possible in near future
