Hi sir
While today at 11.26 my brother board the bus of dtc vehicle no dl1p c7526. From paschim vihar east metro station. He is a special child (Phyical handicap) have special pass of handicap. As he board the bus the condutor ask to show the pass then showed him mean time was using bad language which is not acceptable and also use forced to deboard him from the bus. How can an pblic servant show that kind of behaviour.

Please take the appropriate action against him.
