[Resolved]  Delhi Transport Corporation — Less no of buses and high no of passengers in route no 727

Dear Sir,

I travel from Palam to Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium by Route No 727 bus. Earlier, bus of this route was starting from Palam Village. Now, it is started from Madhu Vihar and Dwarka Mor. Since change of start point, no body is there to look at the plight of passengers from Palam. There are large No of people boarding on buses of all routes starting from or passing through Palam and Manglapuri. The area comprise of Palam Village, Raj Nagar I, Raj Nagar II, Sadh Nagar, Mahavir Enclave Part I. In addition to the permanent resident of these areas, large No of people living on rent are also residing in this areas. They all go to other parts of Delhi for duty/work. Buses of route No 727 are heavily corwded and there is no space in it even to stand. I have heard many frustrated passengers to take recourse by adopting unlawful acts in the heavily crowded buses. In view of the above, may I request you to kindly start at least two to three buses of Route No 727 from Palam/Manglapuri between 7.15 A.M. to 8.15 A.M.
