Sir/ Ma'am, Greeting for the day... Poor service of Bus no 429, 463 and 469 in evening between 18:10 PM to 19:50 PM I am a Private Service Girl and is regular passenger of Bus no. 429 & 469 which runs between Kalkaji to Old Delhi and Dr. Ambedkar Nagar Terminal to Anand Vihar.. It is to inform you that in morning between 7.30 AM to 9 AM when there is acute demand of bus service as at that time lot of public of schools, offices etc wait for bus but no bus come. It has been observed that bus service between 7.30 to 9.am and Evening 06.00 PM to 9.00 pm is very poor and there is very less frequency of the buses. Some times people has to wait for 60 to 120 minutes for bus. Moreover, it is noticed that most of the bus drivers does not stop their bus on the Modi Mill bus stand.You are requested to look into the matter and make frequency of 429, 463 and 469 bus proper.
