They have merged with 3rd class local courier companies who deal in Lallu Panjuitems like moving garbage.They really dont care how much you paid to get your parcel quick. They are just so lazy or jobless that they actually would be waiting for 3 4 parcels to arrive in week and than they would hire some pedal cycleguy on a day basis to deliver the item.Otherwise tell me why these people keep the parcel for 4 5 days in their offices? I read this same problem by many people from different cities.What we can do is ask seller not to ship via Delhivery while placing an order and if Seller still chooses Delhivery just Cancel the order ! have been found.
