[Resolved] Delhivery Courier Service — Wrong Delivery Update | |||
I would like to introduce my self as Gaurav Dabhi from Gujarat. I have buy few product from Flipkart through online shopping and delivery of Consignment suppose to be made by your courier company. I really Surprise when i have gone through online tracking of my consignment. It shows me wrong update and comment that "Customer requested to open consignment before payment". While the fact is that no one has came here to deliver the material and it is prepaid consignment whose payment already been made through online banking. I have tried to contact your localize offices and number you have Mentioned on your website but it is not working at all and no any Response from your company. I would request you to please dont put such wrong put blindly comments in tracking details without actually being contact to customer and without sending your delivery boy to deliver the consignment. For details you may check following tracking details and wrong statement updated by your courier service. I really dont understand that what the fraud is running behind this all and why you are updating status without doing delivery of material to mentioned address.
