It is a complaint about the delivery boy with mobile no.[protected] who call me on Oct. 24, 2014 for delivery of my shipment no. [protected] in Pune.
The delivery boy is demanding to come on the main road and collect the shipment in-spite of prepaid courier and door step delivery service.
The same delivery boy called me on Oct. 27, 2014 and on Oct 28, 2014 demanding to come on main road itself and collect the parcel.
The best part is the customer care contact number published on the website are never available to call.
Have yet not received any response from the customer care after a written complaint on Oct 24, 2014.
