I have purchased Dell Laptop Inspiron Dell Ins15 3542/i3/Win8 SL/4GB/500GB/Int. In it, Problem is of Battery available plugged in, not charging then your customer care executive taken complain and sending laptop battery when the battery put in laptop and charging the laptop same error is coming after that i called your customer care executive they told me sir your mother board problem so i told him within 9month having more problem in the laptop so i dont want laptop because its under warranty .
