Hello sir my name is dixit patel, my complain is against dell back to college offer(RW promotion Ltd).I have apply for this product and i got levis voucher but i did not get senheiser earphone and extended warranty mail.I have try to contact on [protected] but it always on busy mode i have also send mail to them may be 3 to 4 time but they did not reply for a single time.I am very disappointed because i do not expect this type of services from a respected organization.so please solve my problem as soon as possible mobile no-[protected] service tag no-60K7T02 email id- [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

They are just lying. Sometime they told me that they send my courier by professional courier or sometime they tome tthat they send my courier by bluedart

My complain is against dell back to college offer(RW promotion Ltd). Didn't received "Senheiser headphone" and " warranty details " yet, It has been more than 2 months, I don't understand what kind of service are you providing. what day should I expect.
