Dell — Automatic turn off

Hello sir, I am Mr Ravi Teja from Visakhapatnam. I have recently bought a dell laptop at Rednam ArcadeArcade, Jail Road, Ram Nagar, Visakhapatnam dated on Jan 27 2015. The problem with my laptop is that whenever I used to move the laptop or just touch the laptop under the surface its getting switched off automatically.My laptop model is Inspiron 15 series express service code is [protected] and service tag is FHXF912. My house address is 49-47-14/5, Flat no 106, Ramya Sadan apartments, near Chinnoor Masjid, Nggo's Colony, Shantipuram, Visakhapatnam.Please solve this problem as soon as possible
