I have purchase a Dell laptop on the 23/10/2014 from Croma Malad .I have register for celebrate dell offer for ext warranty on the 26/10/2014.I have the confirmation that i have registered will recieve a email for payment link no update visited Croma was informed that will get the email no update till 19/11/2014 . I contacted enquires email and celebrate dell hotline was informed that registration has been decline a they cannot view the invoice was ask to resend the invoice however getting same reply .Pls lookinh into it or will have to go to consumer court...

I'd purchased my Dell Inspirion in UAE last December (2013). The system is hanging very frequently since last month, but i was denied service as my warranty is not updated online. If i want to re-install the Windows i dont have the software too. Would appreciate if you can make arrangements to send Windows 8.1 via post. Hi, I have purchased your dell laptop and my Service Tag no is :- BT5JB12 came to know that i am eligible for Dell (celebrate dell se offer) and I had to pay Rs.1499 avail the offer. i went for the registration and got a link for the payment of Rs.1499 for which my validation code was:- 1044389001130552. I bought dell inspiron 3542 laptop and there was a diwali offer to get extended warranty+3000/rs gift coupans by paying 1499. i have registered for this offer and made a payment for 1499 and also have an confirmation notification with orderid and blaa blaa. but the hellest thing is that till now i did not get any thing from dell/biggift. this type of fraud, i never expect from dell typr provider. I will raise this issue upto higher level.because as like me many more are suffering from this hellest service....

I buy my Dell laptop on 29-07-2014 at MSM computer at Varanasi, UP, whose service tag is J6XK412. as per scheme at that time that if i sent Rs 1299 then dell provide me 2 year extra warranty (total 3 year warranty). i sent 1299 demand draft as per dell want, and after about a month i recieved my voucher Rs 1500 and a headphone, but still my laptop is not registered and also my laptop warranty is not extended and i did not get any notification for that so please help me....

I have good working dell inspiron 1564 laptop wih display lid hinges was broken and i asked for dell support team and i paid Rs.5000 INR for non golden replacement parts. One Service technician came to my place and done service and make my laptop dead and went off. after that i called dell support for answers about this issues.. they told motherboard fault due to improper service done by the technician and they accepted to redo the service for free of cost within a week. but two moths gone. still no one came to my place. but periodically they are calling me to confirm my address alone.....

I had bought Dell Vostro V14 3447 Via online through Dell. I received the laptop on 7th of novenmer.The laptop didn't switched on and when i connected to ac supply it showed that battery is not detected. I contacted dell tech support team and the confirm me that the battery is faulty.I asked for a replacement of laptop. The tech support executive refused for replacement and told me that only battery will be replaced. Sir, I purchased Dell inspiron N5010(service tag no.D2FS7BS) on 2010.Tilldate, I changed its Battery, Keypad and being changed for its CD/DVD driver.Now i feeling "why i select dell at that moment" becouse quality of your product component is very poor.Now i suggested to all my friend and relatives for not selecting Dell laptop/Hardwares.Component cost is also too heavy.It is too bad for Dell company....
