When i buy this product DELL I5559 their is a USB port is damaged then right now i'm facing new problems every day . I also call to dell support but no response from dell support kindly help me for this type of fraud.
I think the problem is in my network then i change my network to diffrent distributers but when i found the problem is this personal device. so i want my whole money from DELL India if this is not possible then my next...

I am here to complain about my laptop original dell battery. Its giving very less backup then expected....

I brought a Dell laptop named Inspiron 3593 from a retailer in November 2020. From the very beginning, the laptop has been as slow as a snail. It has become even more slow now. Worst laptop ever.

Please solve the issue with my laptop as soon as possible and redeem the name of DELL.

I got defected laptop from dell, its having manufacturing damage and hardware problem and software problem. also i got very much bad services from dell, dell provides services so late and on that service they made mistakes and again its late. now i dont want this product, i want to return and refund my all the money, i will never buy again from dell....

I have bought this battery on 16/09/2021 from kaustubh Computer kota, it is in warranty period now he said me that it is the original battery give only 2-3 hours of backup and i got to know that original battery doesnt give this much less battery backup if i want this much backup i can buy the non-original battery. My issue is regarding the extension of the 2 year warranty of my DELL LAPTOP that I bought on 06.07.2022.
The dealer has told me to login to www.dellconsumeroffer.com/backtocollegeoffer, where I can login or register myself and get the warranty extended for another 2 years at Rs. 1, 999.00 and JBL earbuds for Rs. 999.

Because of this offer I bought the Dell laptop.

I did the registration on 09.07.2022...

It has been 28 days since I made a payment of around 74, 000 INR on 18th June 2022

Payment was made through UPI on their official website "https://www.dell.com/en-in"

The Money was debited from my account as it was successful transaction

But I couldn't see the order confirmation page after the payment

Dell is neither delivering laptop not refunding me the money

Brought a laptop of Dell G15 from an authorized store and on the 1st day of purchase the laptop stopped charging. Now I put a service request on the same day and waited for the Executive to call. I live in Gurgaon. I went to the Dell Exclusive store in M3M Urbana. My laptop battery wasn't working fine including my keyboard so I went there to replace this.
